{Before & After}
Remove personal photos - you want potential buyers to be able to envision themselves in the space.
Replacing the photos with the home owners model ships did two things - Depersonalized the space and added great interest to the foyer entry. Staying with a nautical/beach/water theme in this home is a reminder to potential buyers of how close it is located to the water.
Even in an occuppied staging, parring down and removing extra storage is worth the inconvenience. Do not give potential buyers a reason to worry there may not be enough room for their own things.
Light and Bright
Occupied staging can be some inconvenience but creating space and decorating to appeal to a wider audience will help sell your home faster.
Removing two chairs, setting the table with colorful accessories, staging the wine rack and show casing the built-in cabinet added interest to this dining room.
Although the homeowners have great furniture there is too much for this room and blocking the site line to the outside view...simple changes were all that were necessary.
Less furniture clutter and now a great outside view for potential buyers to see!
Furniture placement, dual function furniture, colorful rug, the right accents...having a professional help you choose these can save you a lot of time and MONEY by avoiding mistakes!
Furniture placement, the right carpet and accessories.
Even a small bathroom can make a big statement.
Gold, Grey and Silver make a big impact in a small bathroom
These are a few of my newest before and after photos. They demonstrate what can be done by a trained, certified home stager to create the "WOW" factor.
Many of the pieces may already be in place and only require a little tweaking and the right accessories. Sometimes the space is a blank canvas waiting for personality. Whatever the need, I am prepared to deliver the "WOW Factor!"
